What makes HD lace different from regular lace? +
HD lace is ultra-thin and transparent — it disappears against any skin tone without concealer or editing. Regular lace has a visible lace edge that requires colour-matching and often makeup to conceal. URFIRST uses HD lace exclusively across all products.
Do I need glue or any tools to install? +
No. Every URFIRST wig is fully glueless — built-in adjustable straps and combs hold the wig securely. The pre-cut hairline means you don't need scissors either. Average install time is under 10 minutes.
How do I choose the right length? +
Wig length is measured from the top of the cap to the tip of the hair when straightened. For everyday wear, 14"–18" is most popular. If you want dramatic length, 20"+ creates a statement look. Our Sizing Guide breaks this down by style and face shape.
What density should I choose? +
150% gives a natural, everyday look. 180% is fuller and more voluminous — great for curly textures. 200% is our most dramatic density, ideal for big volume styles. When in doubt, 150% is the most versatile choice.
How long will the wig last? +
With proper care, URFIRST wigs last 12–24 months with regular wear. All hair is 100% virgin human hair — it can be washed, heat-styled, and treated like your own hair. We include a care guide with every order.
What is your return policy? +
30-day returns, no questions asked — as long as the item is unworn and in original packaging. If something arrives and isn't right, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
