What hair grade does URFIRST use?
Every URFIRST wig and bundle is made from Grade 12A virgin human hair — unprocessed, tangle-free, and able to be dyed, curled, or straightened. See our Best Sellers.
What is the difference between 13x4 and 13x6 lace fronts?
Both are lace front wigs; the numbers are the lace area in inches. A 13x6 gives a deeper parting space and more styling versatility than a 13x4. Compare 13x4 and 13x6.
What colors and textures are available?

Is the lace pre-plucked with baby hairs?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Every transaction is SSL-encrypted for your security.
Do you offer buy-now-pay-later?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering, before it enters processing. Email urfirstbeautyhair@outlook.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will help.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
No. URFIRST ships to US customers from a US warehouse, so domestic orders are not subject to customs or import fees.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $5.99 on US orders under $59, and FREE on orders of $59 or more.
How long does delivery take?
URFIRST orders ship within 1–2 business days and are typically delivered in 3–5 business days within the US.
Where do you ship from?
URFIRST ships to US customers from our US warehouse, so most domestic orders arrive within about a week.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships, usually within 1–2 business days. Track anytime using the link in that email.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Email urfirstbeautyhair@outlook.com if your order has not arrived within a few days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and make it right.
Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
URFIRST accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Wigs must be unworn, with the lace uncut and tags attached.
How do I start a return?

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within a few business days.
Can I exchange for a different style or color?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Items must be in original, unused condition.

How do I install a glueless wig?
Adjust the straps to your head size, secure the combs and elastic band, then lay the lace along your hairline — no glue needed. Most URFIRST glueless wigs install in about five minutes.
How long does a human hair wig last?
With proper care, a URFIRST 12A human hair wig can last 1–2 years or more. Wash gently, air-dry, and store it on a wig stand to extend its life.
How do I wash my wig?
Gently co-wash with cool water and a sulfate-free shampoo every 7–10 wears, condition from mid-length to ends, then air-dry. Avoid rubbing to prevent tangling.
Can I dye or heat-style the hair?
Yes. URFIRST 12A virgin human hair can be dyed, bleached, curled, and straightened. Use a heat protectant and moderate temperatures to keep it healthy.
